Whitetail Huntin' with FSM 243 TUI™ Ammunition

Here in Kansas, the hunting season is upon us. Now I don’t know about the rest of the country but I’ve been hard at work spreadin’ corn and marking trails and I have memory cards lying around with game cam photos and notes on feeding times. You could say that I’m ready! But I’m not quite there yet. Reason being, we just released our brand new 243 TUI™ round and while I was setting up for a takedown with my Remington 700 in 308, I happened to change my mind this very week.

You see, my dad took me huntin’ when I was a kid and he might have been a little… shall I say, obsessed. At that age I wasn’t much for sitting in 5 degree weather for 10 hours waiting and waiting for the buck to walk out but now that I’m older I’ve come to recognize the satisfaction of mother nature and the peacefulness she can provide. Now, don’t get me wrong, he has quite the collection of beautiful trophies, the only kind you get with pure dedication to mastering your craft. But I’m in it for the meat!

Now that my father has put up his guns, I am at the point in my life where I’m ready to pull them out, which is why I shelved my 308 for this season and cleaned up his 243. I’m going to sight it in and put the new FSM 243 TUI™ to use on a Kansas Whitetail. There are 3 separate grain weights to choose from, 58gr, 70gr, and 80gr. I’m confident that you’ll be able to find a grain weight that your 243 will like.

If you are like me and want to fill your freezer with the earths all-natural and oh-so-delicious meat then I suggest you grab yourself a box of the FSM Solid Copper 243 while you’re here, click here to check it out. Also, with it being lead-free, you won’t have to worry about lead fragmentation and deformation in your game and you can put that food on your table with a better feeling knowing that your family won’t chip a tooth!
